This Purim season is especially significant, as the impact of Israel’s longest war is still felt by her people on a daily basis.
While peace is never a certainty — especially with Israel being surrounded by enemies seeking its destruction — We’re celebrating this wonderful holiday (March 13-14) and God’s faithfulness to deliver His Chosen People when their very existence was at stake.
Many Jewish families gather for Purim in the local synagogue to hear a reading from the scroll of Esther, called the Megillah Esther. They enjoy festive costume parties and lively plays reenacting the Purim story. It’s a time of joy and celebration — and light — after overcoming enemies
and overwhelming darkness.
If you feel led, and if you’ve experienced God’s blessing that you’d like to share with others, please consider giving a special Purim gift today!
Thank you!
