The gruesome video is reported to taunt the United States over a recently failed attempt to free ISIS captives. The U.S., did however succeed in freeing some 70 Iraqi hostages in imminent danger of being killed by ISIS, and for this, ISIS conducted four revenge be-headings on the video.
